Credit Card Refund Claim

It is our goal for every customer to have a seamless experience with our refreshment services. We understand the occasional technical difficulties our equipment might face and want to make up for any occurrences of lost money or products in our machines.

When you use your card at a machine, the card processor will place a pre-authorization hold on your account. This may appear as a “PENDING” hold for an amount greater than the actual purchase. If the item is not dispensed, the hold will be released and you will not be charged. Any funds held but not used will be returned to your account shortly after the transaction is completed or canceled.
